Job Description

Network Support SpecialistSalary: £34,000 per annumLocation: Field BasedAbout the role:We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join our team and provide a high standard of service to our network partners. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the partners, monitoring their performancelevels, and assisting them when required. You will also be responsible for compiling quarterly reviews, handling network queries, and monitoring commission disclosure.Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of service to network partners to maximise volume and profitability.
  • Work closely with Finance Performance Managers to progress into the Finance Performance Manager role.
  • Compile quarterly reviews with designated network partners.
  • Present the business ways of working to all new Sales Management in the Centre Network.
  • Handle network & field team queries.
  • Monitor commission disclosure on Point-of-Sale system.
  • Collate, analyse, and produce performance information for each partner.
  • Compliance monitoring of Used Programmes across the Centre Network.
  • Maintain regular contact with Centre Sales Management.
  • Raise potential Accommodation Deals/Concealment with Centre Network Management.
  • Distribute business communications to the Centre Network/Point of Sale users.
  • Distribution of Retention Activity reports to key stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Previous experience within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of ability to analyse data trends.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office products, specifically Excel (v-lookups, macros, Pivot Tables), PowerBI.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Ideally, experience of working within the motor finance industry.
  • Coaching and training staff on point-of-sale systems.
  • Experience of preparing and conducting performance reviews on specific parts of a business function.
