Job Description

National Sales Manager - Bagged ProductsJob Title: National Sales Manager - Bagged ProductsIndustry Sector: National Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Heavyside, Bagged Products, Bagged Aggregates, Tarmac, Mortar, Concrete Ready-Mix, Concrete, Landscaping, Paving ProductsArea to be covered: National (ideally based Midlands)Remuneration: up to £65,000 + 20-30% bonusBenefits: negotiable car allowance & full benefits packageThe role of the National Sales Manager - Bagged Products will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a manufactured range of bagged products such as: concrete, mortar, grout, tarmac etc
  • Will be tasked to growing the bagged products division to circa £20m within the next 3 years
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling to national builders merchants & buying groups (of which our client already have great relationships with)
  • The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling direct through the trade via contractors & general builders
  • Order values will vary depending on project size for example £3k-£100k
  • National position ideally based central, would consider Manchester
The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager - Bagged Products with:
  • Must have sold bagged products or heavyside building products
  • Would consider outside of sales if you have specific bagged products experience
  • Ideally sold to national builders merchants, buying groups and contractors
  • Dynamic and proactive approach
