Antalis Packaging has an ambitious target to grow significantly over the coming years, be a £200m+ turnover business, and contribute considerably to the profitability of the UK&I business.We are now recruiting for a National Sales Director to develop and deliver the sales strategy to produce that considerable level of growth.This is a senior position, with full Business Development and sales accountability for the Packaging Division and its regions.Reporting directly to the Packaging Director, you will have responsibility for all sales and sales costs within the Packaging Division.We are looking for someone to provide the vision, direction and inspirational leadership to all of our Packaging Sales teams, implementing the strategy that will create above-market growth.This will involve significant engagement with peers across the organisation and with members of our Executive team. You will need to strengthen the packaging sales culture, focusing on high performance and the customer experience in line with our Values and Behaviours: Team Spirit, Empowerment & Trust, Accountability and Mindset for Change.Key Accountabilities will be:
