They have exclusive relationships with a number of Regional developers, meaning they have a steady supply of leads and fresh sites throughout their regions.- All shared ownership leads provided by either the developers themselves or the in-house qualifiers- All shared ownership appointments can be completed over the phone so no requirements to do face-to-face meetings- £24K basic plus £40K+ OTE- Admin support- Some flexibility around working hours, allowing you to book in your appointments at times that best suit that customer- Strong networks already in place so generating own shared ownership leads/business is not necessaryRequirements
