Our Leicester based client are keen to appoint a part-time temporary Receptionist to jointheir busy office team. This role would be working Monday- Friday afternoons 1pm - 6.30pm on site in the office.The main Receptionist position would include the following tasks;have the responsibility for providing an efficient first point of contact for patients and visitors to the practice. Ensuringthat all administrative work is carried out promptly and efficientlyand that the premises are kept tidy.Be able to answer telephone calls efficiently and courteouslyand to relay all messages concisely and correctly to other members of staff.Receive and record all home visit requests on the computer, ensuring that all relevant information and details arerecorded accurately. Be aware and able to know when prompt action needs to be takenin an emergency situation.Update patients detailson the computer appointment system,makingand cancelling appointments andhelping patients with all enquiries.The ideal applicant will need to have excellent Customer service and Administrationskills, be very adaptable and work well within a team. Plus, beable to work well under pressureand prioritise tasks.
