Additionally, you will be responsible for a range of projects from varying market sectors, with services being provided from inception/feasibility to detailed co-ordinated construction working design. Project types include:• CAT A & B office fit outs• BREEAM• SKA Rating• LEED• WELL Building StandardYou will haveTo be successful asMechanical Design Engineer, Building Services t he company are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are at an Intermediate to Senior level within their current role. Ideally, you will have a desire to work towards full Chartered status with support from existing qualified staff.
