Through growth, and continued contract wins, this company are now looking to recruit for a number of additional engineers.You will likeTheMechanical Design Engineer, Building Servicesjob itselfwhereyou will be responsible for the detailed design and coordination of mechanical solutions including Heating, ventilation & air-conditioning systems (HVAC), Domestic water systems, Gas systems, Above ground drainage systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for a range of projects from varying market sectors, with services being provided from inception / feasibility to detailed co-ordinated construction working design. Project types include:• CAT A & B office fit outs• BREEAM• SKA Rating• LEED• WELL Building StandardYou will haveTo be successful asMechanical Design Engineer, Building Services you need to have a good understanding of the Mechanical Design within a Building Services Consultancy or Contractor.
