Job Description

Marketing Manager – Job Ref: 12976Location: Leicester / HybridHours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: up to £35,000 + bonusOur client a successful organisation based in Leicester but with an International reach is on the look out to appoint an experienced Marketing professional to join their small friendly team.This is a hands-on role and will give the successful candidate the opportunity for some great varied exposure.The Role:

  • In Print – design and manage the companys printed literature
  • On Line – manage and develop the company’s website
  • Social – manage and develop the social media platforms
  • Events – research new exhibitions, work with the team to prep for exhibitions
  • Photography & Artwork – photograph new products, and prep spec documentation for marketing purposes
  • Research – Find new Markets and new Clients for the Sales team to target
You’ll be given the tools to increase company reach to increase enquiries, the company already has an enviable client base but there’s plenty more business out there.Please note there may be the occasional need to travel, both within the UK and InternationallyWhat we’re looking for:
  • A candidate with a varied Marketing background
  • Ideally with a Manufacturing or even Engineering background
  • A hands-on, role-your-sleeves-up attitude with the ability to multitask and work under own initiative
  • Experience of Wordpress, In Design and Adobe is a bonus
On Offer:
  • Salary up to £35,000 + bonus (depending on experience)
  • Hours 37.5 per week (flexibility on start/finish times)
  • Hybrid Working once training is completed and settled in
