Job Description

A Management Accountant is required for a prominent player in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. This role demands a dedicated and analytical individual with a keen eye for financial detail and an affinity for numbers.Client DetailsThis entity is a well-established organisation within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector, boasting a team size of over 500 professionals. With a reputation for excellence, their Leicester branch is known for its dedication to quality and innovation.Description

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensuring financial compliance and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Assisting with the development of internal control policies
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve financial objectives
  • Supporting annual audit processes
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to management
ProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:
  • Studying a qualification in accountancy, such as ACCA or CIMA
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
