  • Experience in designing and selling high-quality made-to-measure kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other interiors.
  • Sound knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, and interior products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a good business networker, able to seek out your own sales leads.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, you should be able to demonstrate your sales success.
  • Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Meeting and greeting customers in the design studio and conduct initial consultation.
  • Using the latest 3D CAD software to deliver stunning designs.
  • Following up on all leads/enquiries and converting into sales.
  • Carrying out surveys in the customers home or onsite.
  • Experienced in EQ Professional.
  • Identifying opportunities to up sell full home renovation projects.
BENEFITS
  • This position is offered on a permanent position based in Leicester.
  • A £28,000 basic starting salary is offered, with excellent commission on top.
  • Realistically you should be looking at earning c.£35,000.00 -£40,000.00 in the first year.
  • Contracted working 40 hours will be Monday to Friday, Saturdays when required.
  • 28 days annual holiday inc bank holidays.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
