ITMS strive to enhance the experience of students and staff in learning, teaching, research and business operations. We provide guidanceon the adoption of appropriate technologies, systems and services in a rapidly developing environment and help people to embrace technology as it becomes embedded within university life.Our services include a cross-campus communications infrastructure, desktop equipment for students in learning areas and for staff in work areas, email, central business systems, audio-visual facilities to support teaching, virtual and managed learning environments.Our mission is to provide effective, efficient and economic IT and media services for the organisation to enable people to make the best opportunity of their time at DMU.RoleYou will be part of a team of Technical Analysts supporting the endpoint services required to maintain an effective service to the university staff and students. You will assist with the operation, configuration, maintenance and support of the endpoint environment.Contribute with the process of image creation and deployment to labs and open spaces including software assessment and packaging. Support the technologies in place to sustain the operation of the university endpoint estate with a priority given to securityand resilience.Ideal CandidateYou will have excellent team working, communication, organisational and customer service skills. In addition, you must be a strong team and expected to be flexible and react quickly to changing priorities whilst maintaining a high level of customer serviceat all times.
