We work with a broad range of epic brands including Harry Potter, Disney, Friends, Stranger Things, Marvel and Star Wars to name but a few.Junior Design Assistant – The Role:As an integral member of the Creative Team, the Junior Design Assistant will be working in an exciting, fast-paced environment, providing crucial support to our Creative, Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll be working on various artworking projects, the enhancementand development of on and off-line marketing collateral for the business and admin tasks such as image search, POS and updating packaging on re-orders.Junior Design Assistant – Key Responsibilities:Design and Artwork:- Update packaging artwork in accordance with requests from all areas of the business- Assist senior designers with specific design tasks and provide robust support on tasks such as sourcing assets, printing and trimming posters- Generate web and catalogue images for new product lines and oversee their upload to our website- Prepare artwork in a print-ready format for monthly Product to Print orders for The Art Group- Maintain the companys brand standards, ensuring adherence to policies and proceduresCustomer, Sales and Marketing Support:- Create point of sales material, image search and supply and packaging requirements for customer orders- Assist with creating visual content for marketing; press and online, flyers, newsletters, tradeshows and exhibitions, in collaboration with the Marketing team- Perform searches for product images from the companys databank per customer requests- Design labels tailored to individual customer requirements, for example, brand labels for wall art or bespoke barcodes and information labelsJunior Design Assistant – You:- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel- A foundational understanding of style and brand guides.
