Job Description

Joiner Leicester £28,000 + Over time Mainstay are currently working with a business who operate within the Facilities Management sector. They have a strong brand and have built their reputation on their core values with good heritage and pedigree. They are looking for a building services Joiner- Multiskilled to join the team in the Leicester area.Are you looking for a new challenge and the chance to work for a business who supports their staff with their progressionRole :

  • Completing maintenance, PPMs and Reactive work
  • Completing building services jobs such as Painting and decorating, repairing doors, skirting boards, hinges, windows and flooring
  • Working either alongside other trades on properties or on your own travelling across sites in the Leicester and assisting where possible
  • Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties within the contract at supervisors request
  • Promote a safe working environment making sure you work in line with Health and Safety
  • Make sure you always have the correct equipment with you
  • Supporting other trades on site to ensure good standard of repairs are delivered adhering to the relevant regulations
  • Liaise with the clients on site where needed to keep them informed of progress
  • Ensure you are living and promoting the company values and ethos
Candidate :
  • Previous experience within a similar role essential with at least 3 years + trade experience
  • Experience working within the FM sector ideally on a residential contract
  • NVQ or C&G qualified ideally within a trade and CSCS card
  • Asbestos awareness and multi skilled
  • Good can do attitude with the ability to think ahead and seek new ways to improve and identify and issues
  • Full UK driving licence
