IT Technician - Education SectorRole: IT Technician Location: Leicester Salary: £21K My client is a growing Trust within the Education sector, looking to add an IT Technician to their friendly team on a permanent basis. You will be a big part of their future expansion plans and will be involved with supporting multiple sites across the local area, helping to deliver expert levels of software and hardware support to thousands of users. You will be based at one of their main sites, with the opportunity to travel further afield between sites moving forward. Role Requirements:** Act as the first point of contact for all IT Support issues raised through the helpdesk ** Remote and Deskside Support ** Be able to work independently and as part of a team ** Maintain CCTV Systems and AV Equipment ** Liaise with Senior IT Members Skills from you:** Windows Server and Windows 10 ** Office 365, Exchange** Active Directory, Group Policy ** AV / IT Hardware ** CCTV ** Networking ** SIMS It is also extremely advantageous if you have previous experience working within the education sector and hold any technical qualifications.
