The successful IT Support Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems. This will include server and network support, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment, as well as providing ITsupport to all users.Key responsibilities for this role include:* Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.* Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware.* Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.* Developing and maintaining IT procedures and policies.* Providing user support, training and feedback.* Identifying and addressing any issues or problems.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in server and network support, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment.
