Job Description

Internal Sales representative Leicester£28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) + BonusGrafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established company who is looking for a self-starter Internal Sales representative, with a proven track record of producing great sales by making and receiving calls from prospective and current clients.The ideal candidate for Internal Sales representative will concentrate on two key areas; Sales Development, by providing quotes and follow-ups for new and repeat customers, as well as offering service coordination support for prompt, effectiveservice delivery and all related needs.THE ROLE:Some of your responsibilities as an Internal Sales representative are listed below:

  • Work closely with the client, the service team, and approved partners to ensure a high level of service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Communicate with supplier contacts as necessary, such as when providing parts or services.
  • Offer all-around assistance with service coordination, SV reports, costs, incoming bills, and CAPA for SV customer communications.
  • Create opportunities, ensuring that all data is loaded onto CRM in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide KPI data on expected bookings forecast, quote number and values
  • Manage and focus work in accordance with plans for the fiscal year and monthly plan, ensuring that sales and profit targets are met
THE CANDIDATE:The ideal Internal Sales Representative:
  • Proven track record in internal sales
  • Previous use of CRM and/or Oracle would be desirable
  • 2-4 years of expertise in service management and/or client relations
  • Prior sales and customer relationship management experience and outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication abilities (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy is essential
