Job Description

Internal Sales ExecutiveHinckley, Office Based£21,000 - £25,000 DOE8:15-5pm Monday to FridayDo you want to work for a successful, dynamic, and creative business A market leader in its field, the company has grown rapidly into the largest independent, manufacturer in the UK.As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be an important part of the future growth of the department and will be responsible for taking incoming enquiries and sending out quotations in line with KPIs, as well as pro-actively following them up to covert toorders. The right candidate for the role will need to have strong communication skills and the natural ability to build strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will need to have a hunger to achieve and be very target driven.Key responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and department targets.
  • Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
  • Assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide a 3 monthly sales forecast.
  • Maintain and update customer relations management system.
  • Develop new and existing targeted accounts.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide quotations from customer enquiries.
  • Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.
Candidate Requirements of the role
  • Experience in customer service / account management.
  • Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Computer Literate with good IT skills.
  • Organisational skills
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Hunger for a career in sales, but minimum of 2 years sales experience
