Integration Architect - Data and AWS Open Job title: Integration Architect - Data and AWSJob Purpose:TESTQ Technologies is an IT services and solutions company whose offerings spans over variety of industry sectors with strong technical, domain and process expertise helping clients grow their businesses and decrease operational costs on continuous basisin an ever-changing business environment.This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Integration Architect - Data and AWS who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings. The position is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations.Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):

• Well experience on other AWS services EC2, EMR, Redshift, S3, Streaming services like Kafka, Kinesis, HDFS.
• Analyze and troubleshoot by using SQLs to identify data inconsistencies.
• Ownership of all production and intra-data warehouse ETLs - underpin current ETL reliability, development of new ETL packages.
• Render working, high performance data management solutions, as Cloud Formation and reusable artefacts for implementation by the customer. Bootstrap using user data scripts will be added advantage
• Work alongside customers to build data management platforms using Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Redshift, Kinesis, Amazon Machine Learning, Amazon Athena, Lake Formation, S3, AWS Glue, Dynamo DB, Elasti Cache and the Relational Database Service (RDS)
• Extract best-practice knowledge, reference architectures, and patterns from these engagements for sharing with the worldwide AWS solution architect community
• Understand customer requirements and render those as architectural models that will operate at large scale and high performance. Where customers have architectures prepared, validate them against non-functional requirements and finalize the build model.
• Apply data science techniques to present, communicate and disseminate data science products effectively, appropriately and with high impact.
• Prepare architecture and design briefs that outline the key features and decision points of the application built in the Data Lab

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]

• Experience with one or more technologies like .Net technologies, Java, PHP, Python & other new- edge technologies
• Expert in HTML, G-Suite, ITIL API Management , or other non-SQL development experience Highly technical and analytical, possessing 3 or more years of Database and/or Analytics Systems development and deployment experience, IT systems and engineering experience,security and compliance experience, etc.
• Knowledge of foundation infrastructure requirements such as Networking, Storage, and Hardware Optimization.
• Good experience in Data sourcing, integration and analysis.
• Implementation and tuning experience in the Big Data Ecosystem, (such as EMR, Hadoop, Spark, R, Presto, Hive), Database (such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgre SQL, MS SQL Server), NoSQL (such as Dynamo DB, HBase, Mongo DB, Cassandra, design principles) and DataWarehousing (such as Redshift, Teradata, Vertica, schema design, query tuning and optimization) and data migration and integration.
• Track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of business environments such as large enterprises and start-ups.
• BS level technical degree required; Computer Science or Mathematics background preferred. [DB1]
• AWS Certification, e.g. AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, or AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty (Data Analytics Specialty)
