Job Description

Inbound Contact Centre AdvisorHybrid- Renewals Office LocationLeicester Shift pattern: Monday to Friday! No Weekends! Rotating shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm. The role: Call Centre AdvisorRenewals Upon joining, youll become part of a team that supports customers at the point of their insurance renewal and deliver outstanding service. You will be talking them through their renewal quote and their options with your aim being to retain them as a customer.If you like engaging with people, can deliver excellent service, and resolve customer problems over a telephone call, this is a perfect opportunity to enhance your skills and take your career to new heights!. Our extensive, blended training and coaching programwill ensure that you make a great start to driving your career forward.Benefits: When you join us as a customer service advisor in renewals, you will have:

  • A starting salary of £21,500
  • Structured career path with the opportunity to develop and earn up to £24,000
  • Weekday role ONLY!
  • Hybrid Working, 3 days per week at home (providing your environment is suitable)Latest finish, 7pm!

Our Ideal Candidates
  • Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Lots of empathy and understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable Wi-Fi connection
  • Adequate workspace to WFH
*You must be able to commit to a 6-week training program. Once you have completed the training, you will begin your variable shift pattern.*All candidates are subject to strict vetting including credit and DBS checks.
