If you are passionate about making a difference to customers, this role will give you the scope to do just that.But its so different from what Im doing at the moment!Making the leap from a different industry or sector to new one is always daunting so you need to know you are part of an organisation who are fully invested, supporting you from day one and where you can clearly see your career opportunities and salary mappedout step by step.How much will I earn as a Call Centre Advisor By making the move now you would start on a salary of £19,564 with key milestones in place enabling you to personally drive your own recognition and rewards allowing you the possibility of building to a salary of £21,500 within 12 months.When will I workThe only thing we need to know is that when you join us as a customer service advisor you are flexible to work a shift pattern which does include weekends. You will work a rotating shift pattern. Monday to Friday most of the time and you will have to work 1in 4 weekends. You will work shifts between the hours of 8am7pm Monday to Friday, and when you work the weekend, Saturday is 9am5.30pm and Sunday you will work 9am1pm.   • A starting salary of £19,564.
