NO WEEKENDS!**Starting salary of £21,500* Opportunity to develop and earn up to a whopping £24,000.Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service If so, joining our retentions and renewals team could be the perfect move for you if you love working in a busy environment and enjoy working towards set targets and achieving goals.What will I be doing as a customer service advisor within the retentions and renewals teamAs a customer service advisor you will be working in a busy call centre as part of a fast paced and target driven retentions and renewals teams. This role requires great communication skills, the ability to overcome customer objections and focus on customersatisfaction at the core of every decision. You will be supporting customers by offering them the best price and products for their needs. The calls you receive will be varied; they could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes, taking paymentssupporting customers in financial difficulty, handling complaints and retaining customers who are looking to cancel with us. All calls are inbound, so you wont have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all! Your days will be filled with helping our amazingcustomers who turn to you for your expert knowledge.
