Want to work for the NUMBER ONE company in Leicestershire according to the Leicestershire Live Top 200 Businesss to work for Do you want an opportunity to learn and progress within an established company and be part of a prestigious brand Purple RocketRecruitment is working exclusively with Sytner BMW who is currently looking for 10 Hybrid Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis due to a recent acquisition.There are opportunities on both the Inbound Customer Service Team and Outbound Retention Team. These roles are temporary to permanent and would require you to start at short notice.Duties for Customer Service Advisor - Retention Team/Inbound Team

  • Your primary responsibility will be to contact current, lapsed and unknown customers to offer services specific tailored to them delivering a great experience in the process.
  • You will be responsible to answer incoming service enquiries from our new and existing customers.
  • Booking of MOTs, Servicing and other general car maintenance that maybe required whilst providing the best level of service and ensuring you are securing the appointment for the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like an opportunity to work from home and office. With over 12 months experience in leading a hybrid team; support, incentives, and fun still remains a key aspect of the working day. This role is perfectfor anyone who would benefit from having a balance between working from home and being in an office and being part of an active team.About You
  • As a Customer Service Advisor you will be customer focused, target driven, a team player and always aiming to be the best.
  • You will have a flair for talking and engaging with internal and external customers over the phone.
  • You will be a natural at creating special customer experiences over the phone.
  • You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, be articulate and confident and have the necessary experience to carry out the required duties of this important and exciting role.
It is also important for you to have a quiet place to work from home, a good broadband connection and be a self-motivator. All equipment will be provided for you.Previous experience within Customer Service would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided. You will work 40 hours between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday with a requirement to homework on Saturdays on a rota basis.You will be required to work from the office for the first 12 weeks to be fully trained, before working from home on a rota basis.IncentivesSytner BMW will recognise and reward your hard work, loyalty and achievements.
