Job Description

HR Advisor | 3 month Contract | Leicester - hybrid working (3 days in the office) | £40,000We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor, initially for a 3 month contract for a newly created role within an extremely engaged and passionate HR team. Supporting with the delivery of the people objectives, you will build relationships with various line managers across the business to support them with everything relating to the employee lifecycle - coaching and offering pragmatic HR advice and support with their teams.What you will be doing:

  • You will support managers and employees, providing effectiveHR advice and guidance on employment matters, HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Supporting and assisting with employee relations meetings - disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance reviews and advising managers.
  • You will keep up to date with the latest UK Employment Law and HR best practice to ensure accurate and up to date advice.
  • Running HR reports, reporting data and looking at trends - making suggestions and supporting managers where possible for improvements.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with various well-being projects and supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner with a candidate focussed recruitment process.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for:
  • An individual with exceptional communication skills.
  • You will have previously spent a couple of years within a generalist HR Advisor role.
  • You will excel in building relationships with line managers and employees.
  • You will enjoy keeping abreast of Employment Legislation AND
  • Ideally have your CIPD level 5.
