The organisation are focused on sustainability and efficiency whilst providing the highest levels of customerservice.This post is a true generalist role with responsibility across the full employee life-cycle reporting in to the HR manager and partnering with stakeholders to c-suite levels to contribute to implementing and executing the HR strategy.At this organisation the HR team plays a pivotal role to achieve the overall business objectives and your role will be varied from employee relations to talent management to L&D project work, recruitment, management coaching & building strong stakeholder relationshipsthroughout the business.For this position we are looking for CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent HR professionals who have experience and thrive working in fast-paced environments with experience across the full employee life-cycle and have experience implementing & contributingto business strategy.
