Therefore, you will have a background as an HR advisor / HR generalist or HR business partner or similar,to enable you to develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures which support our clients strategic ambitions.As part-time HR Manager/ HR Advisor you will manage the 360-degree recruitment, selection, and onboarding process; be responsible for training/ learning and development.This role will manage an efficient HR administrative process that enables easy access to individual, team, and cross-organizational management information, including absence records.
