Job Description

Hotel Waiter / Waitress Banqueting CateringWe are looking for some amazing Waiter / Waitress to join a boutique hotel, luxury wedding venue and home to Black Iron restarant, a contemporary British steakhouse and restaurant, we enjoy welcoming guests through our doors to create memories theyll neverforget.The venue is a grade II listed Georgian house located just outside of Leicester city centre with 19 stunning bedrooms, two elegant ballrooms, a modern British restaurant, private dining room and beautiful terraces all set in 168 acres of rolling public parkland.As Senior Waiter / Waitress you will:

  • You continuously drive standards, you care about all Due Diligence, you ensure the team follows all food hygiene and health safety regulations and you have confidence to challenge any diversions from them to correct the behaviours
  • You can organise your own workload and the teams workload, with great prioritising in mind
  • You create job lists efficiently and you set out sensible time frames for accomplishing them
  • You have a natural sense of looking after the bigger picture while being observant with attention to the small detail making that picture
  • You have a sharp eye for display, presentation and cleanliness standards
