Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub and Swim Spa Technician/Service Engineer to join our team. They will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical work,and general maintenance and installation of air source heat pumps.Responsibilities:

  • Installing and setting up spas in customers homes or commercial properties
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with spas and identifying necessary repairs
  • Performing repairs and maintenance on spas, including repairing leaks, replacing parts, and ensuring proper water chemistry
  • Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • GCSE equivalent
  • Previous experience as a hot tub technician or similar role
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment (25kg)
  • Knowledge of Heat Pump installation and fault finding
