Hospitality Business Development ExecutiveAbout The RoleLCFC are excited to be recruiting for Business Development Executives to work within the Clubs Hospitality team. Reporting into the Hospitality Sales Manager, the primary focus of this role is to generate new business sales for matchday hospitality productsthrough continually nurturing the Clubs existing corporate client database whilst also building strong relationships with other businesses and organisations on both a regional and national scale.Who Were Looking ForIn order to successfully drive sales performance within the Hospitality Sales area, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of securing new business sales, be proactive in seeking new sales opportunities, and be able to build sustainableand long-lasting relationships with clients.The role is undoubtedly focused on driving sales across a wide-range of hospitality products that the Club offers at both the King Power Stadium and new Training Ground facility, meaning a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar customer-focusedrole is essential, and some knowledge of the sports hospitality industry would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will also endeavour to represent the Club in a professional and personable way, always demonstrating honesty and integrity. It will also be keyfor any applicants to understand that they will need to have the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment, with clear targets, KPIs, and reporting requirements in place.
