Job Description

Hours: Monday - Friday only (no weekends!), 9am - 5.30pmSalary: £23,100 - £25,200 (dependant on experience) with excellent chances to grow and developLocation: Leicester/Homeworking (Hybrid)Training: Full training and all equipment will be providedWe have a number of exciting opportunities to come and join our BRAND NEW Home Claims department as Claims Call Handlers. No claims experience necessary! Though if you do have previous home or claims experience then wed love to chat to you.Were looking for:

  • Self-motivated people with customer service experience (telephony or office based environment preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Someone who thrives in a fun, dynamic environment
So, what does the Home Claims department doThe Home Claims team will be assisting and supporting our customers when they need us the most by proactively managing a portfolio of home claims cases.Day to day you will be:
  • Managing and owning the customer experience
  • Gathering information to enable early arrival at the correct policy decision
  • Negotiating between the policy holder, solicitors and third parties to get the best outcome for our customers
  • Identifying potentially fraudulent cases and liaise with the department to combat fraud
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
