Job Description

As Head of Regulatory Reporting, you will take responsibility for all aspects of FCA and Prudential reporting and support on the ICAAP & ILAAP incorporating:

  • Analyse and interpret new regulatory rules and lead on implementation thereof
  • Participate in forums such as ALCO, Exco, board risk and audit committee meetings
  • Perform internal stress testing design and impact analysis on regulatory metrics
  • Complete pillar 3 reporting, capital planning and modelling
  • Lead a small team
    • You will likely be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA candidate with strong expertise within the field of regulatory reporting across a broad range of returns and reports.You will be able to build strong relationships internally and externally as required and be able to operate strategically yet be happy to be hands on in aspects of the regulatory reporting.This role is Midlands based but currently work from home. Post Covid-19 there will be a flexible work from home policy. Required skills
