Job Description

The Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for our clothing manufacturer based in the Beaumont Leys/Thurmaston area of Leicester.We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer, with a flair and passion for fashion to join our existing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to contribute their experience and knowledge and become part of an ambitious business that works withclients including; The Boohoo Group, Selfridges, The Very Group, Disney, Warner Brothers, the worlds largest record labels.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Creating designs for apparel and merchandise inline with creative guidelines.
  • Working collaboratively with the creative team on a range of challenging.
  • Colour proof, retouch and set up artwork for Screen, DTG and Sublimation print.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Offering input to creative meetings, developing and presenting new ideas.
  • Design quickly to take advantage of social trends, bringing your creativity to the table.
Essential Skills:
  • 1-2 years experience within a creative & fashion industry would be advantageous**
  • An understanding of Apparel printing and the design requirements would be an advantage**
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Proficient in using MAC for designing.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • A degree or college level education in Graphic Design or relevant.
