We are recruiting for several Financial Services Administrators This is a home-based role, but the successful applicants will be expected to sometimes work from a local office (no more than once per month).THE ROLE:Reporting to a Senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM), the successful applicants will be responsible for administering a portfolio clients, dealing with all aspects of client affairs, within agreed procedures and regulations.You will work as part of our high-performing team to provide first-class administration support on day-to-day activities across the business - both internally to the Senior CRMs and Directors and externally to clients and their advisers (financial advisers,accountants and solicitors etc).Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:updating back-office systems and client recordsprocessing new businessworking closely with the paraplanners and financial advisors of the businessrequesting policy information from third partiesprocessing AML checksdevelop and maintain good working relations with internal and external contactsplanning, organising and prioritising workload within agreed service standardsproactively supporting colleagues, clients, and financial advisers/introducers in a prompt and efficient mannerattend training sessions, maintain own training files, and develop relevant knowledge and skillsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:at least 2 years experience in a similar/administrative role (preferably in a professional services environment e.g. financial services, banking or legal)an understanding of financial services (and, ideally, SSAS/SIPP pension schemes in particular)excellent customer service skills and attention to detailability to proactively manage a range of client affairs simultaneously, in a prompt and efficient mannerBENEFITS YOU GET IN RETURN:In addition to excellent career progression - with fantastic opportunities for promotion - training, support and a great office environment, you will also have the exciting opportunity to take part in charity fundraising events and other social activities.Your benefits package includes the following:Share Incentive PlanGroup PensionLife AssuranceIncome ProtectionHealth Cash PlanIt is flexible so that means you can pick benefits to suit you!
