Our client is well established divisional manufacturing ideally situated in West Leicestershire close to Jct 21 and M69 and therefore easily accessible from across the Midlands.Following the retirement of a long term member of staff, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Financial Controller for the UK business- Leadership of a small finance team of Clerks / Accounts Assistants- Personal ownership of Month End process for UK Business.- Lead for UK Budgeting process with reforecast- Prodiuction of monthly management pack with commentary to CFO and MD- Drive improvement to analysis for Manufacturing/stock visibility, Gross Margin visibility- Management of Tax / VAT for the UK Business and Oversee Weekly / Monthly PAYE - Lead for all internal/external audit and wider improvement projects as set by groupThe ideal candidate will be formally qualified or working towards qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) however those that are QBE with suitable experience will be considered.Experience of working within a fast-paced business of Manufacturing / Engineering bias is desirable as is experience of working for a business with international presence or reporting into a international parent company.In return candidates will be joining a exciting and high growth business with excellent benefits offered along with a high level of flexibility.A basic salary of up to £55,000 + Bonus awaits.
