Job Description

Robert Half is working with a well-established services business based in Leicestershire, is seeking a strategic and analytical professional to spearhead initiatives focused on enhancing financial operations. The core focus of the role will revolve aroundcash management and improving the processes in the business around invoicing and debt collection.This is a contract position which is anticipated to last 3-6 Months, and will require a presence in their Leicester office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a series of pivotal projects aimed at refining debt collection, and optimising invoicing processes.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of current financial procedures to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit control and management teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Drive change and improvement in financial practices, ensuring long-term financial health and efficiency.
Who Were Looking For
  • A strategic thinker with a strong background in finance project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record in identifying financial inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams while leading projects independently.
  • Experience in financial operations, particularly around debt collection and invoicing, is highly advantageous.
