Job Description

Butler Rose is delighted to support a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering the highest quality products to their customers. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team based on the outskirtsof Leicester.Our client takes pride in their commitment to continuous development and the opportunities they offer across the business. Therefore, it is imperative that the successful candidate possesses experience in managing and developing team members.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  • Lead and develop a small finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Requirements:
  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified
  • Previous Manufacturing/FMCG experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
