Job Description

Energy Assessor | Leicestershire | PermanentRef: DB1955Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an Energy Assessor to join their rapidly growing and skilled commercial property energy assessment team to assist clients with their energy, carbon and ESG requirements.Requirements:

  • OCDEA Qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in modelling using Design Builder (Desirable)
  • Ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings (Desirable)
  • Communication skills, written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites
  • Ambition to expand into other areas such as ESOS, Retrofit assessment, Domestic EPC, Non-Domestic Level 5. Existing skills or knowledge in these area would be advantageous.
Duties:
  • Complete SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure clients achieve compliance with Part L
  • Carry out energy surveys of buildings, including taking measurements and photographs
  • Liaise with clients and building occupants for surveys
  • Identify potential options for energy efficiency improvement measures
  • Complete summary tables and report templates with outputs for clients
