Job Description

eCommerce Marketing Manager EMEARole OverviewAs the eCommerce Marketing Manager for Europe, you will play a pivotal role in propelling MEATERs digital presence to new heights. Your strategic vision, data-driven approach, and strong leadership skills will lead to increased qualified traffic, optimiseduser experiences, improved conversion rates, and ultimately, significant revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage a diverse range of tasks, from overseeing the operations of various digital channels to spearheading competitiveresearch and nurturing a team of specialists. We are looking for a professional with experience managing large monthly budgets, managerial experience, experience working with consumer products, and using amazon marketing central.Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and increase conversion rates on MEATER and Amazon, ensuring an optimal user journey and experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of specialists, including a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist and Paid Marketing Specialist, fostering their growth and ensuring coordinated efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the digital team, content creators, designers, web developers, and business operations to align strategies and meet business objectives.
  • Manage the sales and marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns and promotions that align with overall business goals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct competitive research to maintain a deep understanding of the meat thermometer space, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis and work closely with the logistics team to optimize inventory levels on MEATER and Amazon.
  • Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and other sources to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Participate in weekly global standup meetings to provide performance updates and insights, ensuring a cohesive approach across regions.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing EMEA, providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a fast-paced e-Commerce environment, with a track record of managing and scaling D2C businesses.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data, particularly in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of ad platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, Pinterest, TikTok
  • Proficiency in web design principles with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Hands on experience with CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
