Job Description

Are you a qualified Smart Meter Engineer who is enthusiastic about making a difference Passionate about providing results alongside great customer service Driven by progression and the opportunity to make some great moneyHands up if this is you!Smart Choice Metering are looking for fully qualified Smart Meter Engineers NATIONWIDE to join our ever-growing team across the country and our commitment to the UK Governments Smart Metering Implementation Programme (SMIP), an energy-industry led initiative to roll-out approximately 53 million smart meters to domestic propertiesand non-domestic sites in Great Britain by 2025.

  • Position Type: Full-time Permanent
  • Location: Multiple Locations
  • Grade/Salary Range: Competitive base salary of £31,000/ OTE of £43,000
  • Loyalty Bonus up £6000 paid over 4 years
We are recruiting Nationwide and particularly interested in hearing from Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers or candidates with backgrounds such as Gas Engineers, Smart Metering, Field Service Engineers, Electrical Engineer, Meter Engineers or Engineers withthe a current qualification in ONE of the following:MOCoPA single phase, multiphase cut-out/City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3; City & Guilds 2357 Level 2 and 3/City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3/NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services Installations/Diploma in Smart Installation (Power or Dual Fuel)Well give you:
  • A competitive base salary starting from £31,000 with a bonus scheme and a call-out retainer.
  • OTE £43,000.
  • London waiting time £2000 per annum
