Digital Business AnalystLeicester - Remote working available £35,000 to £50,000 DOE + Training, Development & PackageExcellent opportunity for a process driven Business Analyst to join a financially strong, stable, and well ran organisation in a highly varied and interesting role where you can progress your career.Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with a range of key clients this business has continues to thrive. Through growth they are looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. In this role you will work closely with cross functional teams including development, UX, marketing, customer services and management to help deliver an online experience that makes customers lives easier. There is a clear progression and development pathwayfor this role to go into Product Owner positions. Site based, hybrid or remote working all available. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in varied Business Analyst positions. Any experience within Digital, E-Commerce, Retail or B2B is highly beneficial. Agile working practices experience is also beneficial bit not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a varied role where you can progress your career.The role:*Gather business and customer requirements to support the development of digital features from concept to launch.*Represent customers and business stakeholders throughout the development process by creating and championing stories that reflect business goals.*Evaluate as is and to be processes, identifying opportunities to simplify or improve them*Assist in the analysis of performance data to understand the value and priority of prospective new features.*Use Agile best practices, work closely with the design and development team to wireframe, proof of concept and implement new functionality efficiently.*Plan, arrange and execute workshops with key stakeholders as part of the requirements gathering process*Support end to end testing (including web and mobile) to ensure the new features meet the customers and business needs. The person:*Previous experience in Business Analyst roles*Experience in Digital, E-Commerce, Retail, B2B, Industrial Supplies beneficial *Any Agile or Scrum experience beneficial *Knowledge of APIs and SQL a bonus
