Our client, an international supplier of quality fashion, is looking to recruit a business data analyst to join their dynamic and thriving business.The role:• Updating system process map and keeping this up to date with all changes. • Testing using UAT checklists. • Ensuring all users are confident in the system. • Problem solving with users for training gaps. • Creation of tools, systems, and processes for all users to be efficient.• Mapping all scenarios that require testing based on issues • Creating and updating user manuals as needed. • Support the Finance team to scope and deliver on reporting requirements.• Liaise with wider business on system and reporting requirements. • Exceptions reports - to run every week to review system information / highlight blank information / poor data and identify system inaccuracies and escalate as needed.The ideal candidate will have a business management degree, experience in SQL/HTML/ Python or similar coding experience. Experience in Javascript and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM applications creating flows, Power platform fundamentals is also desirable.
