You’ll also ne managingengineers dairies booking in fault fixes, new installs and planned maintenance. In all duties involved, you’ll be delivering high-quality customer service internally and externally.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad administrative skillset, spinning many plates at any given time whilst maintaining high standards and achieving deadlines. You’ll need to show you can be one step ahead of the team you’re supporting. Foreseeingwhat could go wrong and ensuring it doesn’t. Experience wise, we want to see plenty of customer support experience, coupled with the administration that goes with it. Ideally diary management, onboarding new customers, quotations, orders and scheduling. Dueto the nature of the role, you’ll need a good working knowledge of the Leicestershire area, geographically speaking.The Benefits:Salary guide to £26k pending experience.
