Company: Inizio Engage Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Ashby De La Zouch Salary: Competitive Inizio Engage are proud to be partnering with a renowned pharmaceutical company to recruit a Vaccines Account Executive. The Vaccines AccountExecutive will be responsible for calling on predefined target customers across primary care to increase their vaccine uptake, to achieve activity and meet all relevant standards as set by the company and the Contact Centre Project Manager. Key Responsibilities:* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the relevant product and diseases area to facilitate detailed discussions with medical professionals in primary care. * Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers and in key predefined accounts.* Update Inizio CRM and if relevant, Client based systems with all customer activity Maintain with consistency using predefined call parameters. * Understand and remain updated on the NHS environment. * Achieve activity targets as set by the client/company.* To be fully conversant with current strategies for individual client project * Provide the Inizio Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data. * Liaise with all relevant personnel within Inizio Engage and the client company. *Adhere to all Inizio Contact Centre and Inizio Engage minimum standards and SOP’s including Touchpoint and CARE * Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines. * Accurately collect information requiredby individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases. * Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills. Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers in their ability to understand medical terminology,as needed. * Possess effective organisational skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously. * Represent the company in a professional manner. * Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. * Adhere to the ABPIcode of conduct without exception.
