Role: Customer Service CoordinatorLocation: Leicester (LE19 1WX)Salary: £21,500Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30-4.45, Friday 8.30-4.15 (1:8 until 5pm)Other: 23 days holidays plus BH and Pension after probationOur client, world leader, is seeking to appoint three staff members to its existing customer care team due to unprecedented business levels...Duties:* process enquiries* liaise with regular customers* research potential new customers* provide current rates to customers* deal with customer queries* refer requests for credit* arrange for the delivery/collection of equipment* advise customer if on "stop" list* negotiate rates with transport providers* refer any FOC trials to appropriate departmentsExperience:* previous planning, sales admin or coordination experience* proven customer car skills* excellent communication skills* excellent negotiating skills* calm and logical approachUnfortunately we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
