Job Description

Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)8.00 to 4.00 / 9.00 to 5.00 / 9.30 to 5.30£15.93 per hourTemporary until January 2024 (permanent possibility for the right candidate)** Immediate start available **Our client based in central Leicester is currently looking for experienced customer service coordinators to join their friendly team. You will be used to working in an office environment and taking incoming calls form customers reporting issues that needa quick resolution.Role Purpose:To be the first point of contact for customers who experiencing problems with the gas service or boiler at their property, managing their expectations, and using the highest level of customer service to achieve a resolution.Key Accountabilities:

  • Receive and process and raise gas breakdown repair requests from customers, staff, external stakeholders and other outside agencies by a variety of means including but not limited to telephone, email.
  • Book appointments through the contractors work scheduling software.
  • Provide accurate information to customer, within agreed performance and quality frameworks.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal partners to enable an accurate first time response to customers.
  • Complete accurate and timely data records on all systems.
  • Ensure department policies and procedures is adhered to at all times.
Skills & Experience:
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people
  • Good administration skills and the ability to coordinate numerous issues during the day
  • Proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to problem solve
