Leicester train station is expecting to be very busy in the lead up to and during theChristmas season and we need your help for customer service assistant roles! Ideal for students and those looking for some extra casharoundChristmas and theNew Year!Do you have face to face customer service assistant experienceDo you enjoy working with the public and assisting them Would you be happy working on platforms and on the station concourse, helping passengers with their queries aboutthe trains and services, ticket purchasing, platform location, directing them through the station You will also be required to help passengers on and off trains using the ramps where needed (training provided) and with their baggage also, as well as assistingwith any crowd control measuresatthe most hectic times.Are you a friendly individual with a level head who is able to deliver phenomenal customer service at the busiest times of the yearThen we want to hear from you for these customer service assistant roles!Starting: Shiftsavailable fromFriday 15/12/23 –Sunday 31/12/23 (not Christmas Day or Boxing Day)Pay Rate:£12.07 per hour – paid weeklyHours:Shifts needed are 10:00 – 19:00 from 15/12 to 19/12 and after this either 08:00 -16:00 or 13:00 – 21:00 from 20/12 to 31/12If this Customer Service Assistant role sounds like you then please do apply ASAP!
