Due to continued success Gi Group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/ Account ManagerWhat they offer for you:* A competitive salary up to £21.000 per annum* 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays* An interesting and varied job* A friendly working environment* Free parking* Workplace pension scheme* Staff discounts* Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm / Every 4th week Monday to Friday 8:30am- 4.30pmSupport the CSU and Sales Team with administrative tasks including - * Pricing and quoting exercises * Tender proposals * Product information, * Liaising with Customers* EFACs administration Operate as a CSU Coordinator, to include - * General Customer Support * Order Processing* Raising GRNs (Goods Returns) * Raising CCFs (Customer Concerns/Complaints) More about your day to day duties:* Transition current Customer Accounts from standard Order Supply/Processing to the available Smart Application being implemented Q4 2021. * Manage the Live Chat function offered via the MGUK Smart Application. * Manage a designated body of Customer Accounts via telesales. Growing as the volume of Order Processing required is reduced due to Smart Device use by the Customer. Working to achieve Company Targets as part of the wider Sales Team. * Visit Customer and Prospects if required as part of the Sales process at the request of the SMT, GSM or Controller Team.* Manage and deliver objectives via successful call planning, diary management, business development and target appreciation.* Provide supporting information (where necessary) on goods, services and equipment.* Liaise with all Departments regarding customer enquiries, deliveries, CCFs, GRNs etc.* Maintain GDPR compliant filing system on Merton M Drive.* Update Customer and Prospect activities on EAFCs as required and in line with Data Protection / GDPR policy.* Undertake project work in key areas relative to Company Plan objectives.* Any other reasonable duties requested by the Customer Support Controller.If you are interested please apply for the role.
