Youll be working between the hours of 08:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday. Depending how your rota falls, you will work 3-4 weekends out of 8, 9:00-17:00 Saturday and 09:00-13:00 Sunday.Location: You will work on a Hybrid basis. A few days from home and then a few from our vibrant office is based in Leicester City Centre, right next to the train centreSalary: Starting £21,200 (excluding annual bonus)Start Date: Could be as soon as two weeks time! Apply today and we will call you as soon as possible.What will you be doingAs a customer service representative your main job will working within our inbound call centre, addressing a diverse range of customer queries submitted via telephone, email, live chat, or instant messages.The calls you receive will be varied; they could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes, taking payments, supporting claims and supporting customers in financial difficultyWhat we are looking forWe are looking for positive thinking, self-motivated individuals.
