Credit ControllerBibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicatedCredit Controllerto join our team in Leicester (hybrid working). As our Credit Controller, you will
  • Ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients
  • Administerand maintain the client ledgers as an adequate security base for the lending
  • Establish and maintain a professional and efficient relationship with your allocated portfolio of clients
  • Ensure that security is maintained at all times within the established systems and processes operated by BFS
Your responsibilities as our Credit Controller will include:
  • Providingprompt feedback on the quality of debts on the quality of debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams
  • Ensuringthe security & profitability of a portfolio of clients through efficient and effective Credit Control
  • Providinga high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance
  • Ensuringledgers are well-maintained and accurate
  • Proactively seekingto understand your clients and debtors to allow them to spot both warning signs and opportunities
  • Undertaking any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
What we are looking for in our ideal Credit Controller:
  • Customer service experience
  • Office environment experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic IT & MS office skills, Excel, Word, Outlook
