Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title:Contract Manager - TraineeshipsLocation:East Midlands (centre based)Salary:£30,000 - £35,000Type:Full time, PermanentDuties:

  • Oversee the performance of our clients traineeship provision, driving learner starts while upholding quality standards and outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor performance, in-particular learner retention, progress, reviews and successful completions.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, creating and upholding delivery standards.
  • Work closely with the Quality and CurriculumLead to implement engaging and quality curriculum.
  • Ongoing development of schemes of work and lesson plans, implementing differentiation in teaching and learning.
  • Ensure the effective running of the pre-engagement and enrichment programmes surrounding the Traineeship provision.
  • Ensure effective ILPs are in place depending on individual learner needs.
  • Driving continuous improvement to achieve an outstanding OFSTED grade.
  • Oversee the learner engagement and enrolment process
Essential Criteria:
  • Must be a qualified Assessor and IQA - (Holding any of the following Assessor awards: D32/D33/A1/TAQA/CAVA and IQA awards: D34/V1/IQA)
  • Must hold a minimum of a level 3 teaching qualification such as PTLLS / AET.
  • Experience of working within a similar Lead role specialising within the Traineeship / Employability sector.
  • Must hold a strong understanding of Ofsted and ESFA criteria.
  • Excellent communication skillsWritten and Verbalability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Licence with own vehicle
