Are you ready for an amazing opportunity to work remotely as a Contract Assistant If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a busy team, this is the job for you! As a Contracts Assistant, you will be preparing and assisting in the submission of documents for NHS Tenders. You will also analyse usage reports from NHS Distributors against hospital usage. You will be liaising with NHS Trusts and central bodies, answeringproduct and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner and ensuring that any issues are escalated correctly. You will also be assisting in the review of stock and sales data and highlighting any issues to the wider team which may impact hospitaltenders. Other administrative work as requested by the Commercial Manager to enable the Contract Management team to fulfil all operational requirements is also part of the job.
